I bought this product for an active seven year old boy who insisted on wearing "heelies" and seemed to always get twigs stuck in the wheels or stuck on cracks in pavement, etc. His knees were so badly scraped that he'd often fall and scrape the scrapes. He was a huge fan of BEN 10, so convincing him to wear the kneepads was not an issue when he saw they were BEN 10.
