A: When the box says Hand and Foot Warmers, and the shrinkwrap says "16 - HH2" and "16 - HF1"...but the box contains 32 pairs of only hand warmers.
I'm sure my wife can stuff the hand warmers into her shoes and her feet will be warm and toasty. But 32 pairs of hand warmers is not what I ordered.
