This was shipped from Canada and got stopped and opened by customs on the way into the US. It looked like they completely opened it, took it out, and left fingerprints all over everything. This concerned me a bit (and made me question if it really was new), but these came off easily. After using lots of soap and hot water to clean it, I decided it was fine. I love the product, but would order from somewhere in the US next time.
