Rating:  - Multiple-dial locks are easy to open
Contrary to what other reviewers have said, multiple-dial locks that use words instead of numbers have been around for centuries, but those had bodies made of brass and iron, not plastic and pot metal. You could not change the combinations on those ancient locks so easily, but unfortunately, Master did nothing to make this new one any harder to open by a bad guy. (Do a search on Google or Wikipedia for "multiple-dial locks" and see what I mean.) It would have cost them nothing when they designed ... Read More

Functional.Larger than expected,which takes away from it's portability.OK for a locker or very large suitcase, but that is about all.Would not recommend it for anything else.

My grandkids loved the padlock. I did not open the package but it looked like it was well made.

Art Fry, the inventor, who brought all of us post it notes indirectly has come up with another very clever idea. Art was a judge in the contest looking for cool new timesaver creations and Todd Basche was a winner in this event with his invention: wordlocks.
This combination lock works with letters rather than numbers. For those of us who are password challenged, this is a great help to our failing memories and it is easy to update your passwords changing your word combination.
