I recently bought a new bike, and rather than transfer my older model Cateye, I bought this upgrade model. I normally take an 8-mile ride on my hybrid bike 2 - 3 times per week. Basically, I want to know how fast I'm going and how far I've travelled. I bought this Cateye because it also tells me how many calories I've burned. It also gives the time, total distance, maximum speed, average speed and elapsed time.
