this is a magazine, how am i supposed to review it, i mean theres obviously bad things with it, too many ads!!! jeez more than half the friggin magazine is ads. other than that its fun reading all the articles and stuff.

I just wanted to type up this review today because I was really impressed with the service that I got from Amazon. I purchased a 2 year subscription to Cosmo on 11/15/08 and I just received the first issue today, 12/3/08. That's only a little over 2 weeks and nowhere near the 6-10 weeks that it was supposed to take. Rating:  - All Style, No Substance
After casually flipping through Cosmo while waiting in line at the grocery store when I was in college, I finally decided to subscribe, and boy did I regret it. I was hoping to enjoy Cosmo as my monthly guilty pleasure, but what I got was an incredibly banal reading experience. The fashion, hair, and skin tips are not bad, but similar advice can easily be found in several better magazines.

The price was lower than other advertised subscriptions by almost $10, which was great at $15 for a full year. The length of time it took for the subscription to start was remarkable. I ordered it for my daughter-in-law for her birthday, and her first issue arrived exactly on her birthday, which was only two weeks after I placed the order. Very satisfied customer!
