I am of average height (5'4") and wanted a yoga bolster for restorative yoga. I like Hugger Mugger products. I bought this bolster after buying (and returning) the "regular" one. Both the junior and regular were not contoured for my body. I assume that the quality was fine. I gave this product three stars because I didn't feel comfortable on it. Instead I returned to using folded blankets underneath to be comfortable in restorative yoga poses.
