I saw this item on Amazon when looking at sleds and was very skeptical -- who needs a snowball maker after all?
However, good friends bought a couple (3) which they left outside the house on the snow. Inevitably, the kids picked them up and figured out how to pack the perfect snowball by tapping the handle on the ground or against a tree.
