I tried to use this product for severe, cold winter weather and it did not work that well. For cold winter I would recommend Eucerin Dry Skin Therapy Intensive Repair Hand Creme Plus, 2.7 Ounces (Pack of 4)
But for Dry hot climate this is the best. We went to visit friends in Arizona and this cream worked miracles on my hands.

This is great! I live in the high desert, and skin dries out quickly. This was recommended to me and I found it on Amazon. It really prevents dry ashy skin and is outstanding for elbows, knees and heels. The scent is easy to bear, and the cream does not become sticky or oily. Gotta love it!

A great product for human skin. Once-a-day use keeps my hands and heels free of painful cracks in southern Arizona's very dry climate, and keeps skin smooth & soft. Highly recommended.

I first found this "Udderly Smooth Udder Cream" sitting on a sundries shelf in my local Trader Joe's Grocery Store. Out of curiosity, I picked it up and read the instructions. They explained about how to clean the udder, apply the cream and treat teat problems. What is this? And what is it doing in Trader Joe's? I just had to buy a jar to find out.
