We have had this bow for a year now. My son received it when he was five and a half to learn bow safety and use at Indian Guides campouts. It was difficult for him to draw, but possible. Since we were practicing proper form and safety, the target was no more than 15 feet away anyway. At this range it easily penetrated cardboard, and a foam archery target we bought. I bought this bow set for my little brother thinking it would nice and strong,
It was'nt. The shipping time is good. When it arrived I assumed it would shoot way more than 20 feet, even after I tightened it as hard as I could. You get what is on the picture, it looks good but is way to weak and the sticker was half on the bow, there is no reason to even sell a bow this weak. When I was a kid our homemade bows where at least ten times stronger. I should of gave him $50 instead of wasting it. ... Read More

We bought this for our 10 year old for his birthday. He had been shooting homemade bows... cheapy nerf suction cup bows, and we thought it time for a graduation to a "real bow". This delivered in every area. Not only does it look wonderful and grown up to him, it shoots very well too. We bought the extra arrows that are recommeneded at checkout, and he has been shooting it every day since we got it. He LOVES it.. and it is a great buy. Highly Recommended.
