Rating:  - Coconut milk and green curry
Like many vegan products this is very high in saturated fat. The curry is tasty but lacks solid food. If you want a soup-like curry, this is for you. Personally, I want more vegetables, more curry and less coconut milk. The few vegetables are mushy due to being UHT pasturized. I added my own stir-fried string beans, carrots and chicken (sorry vegans) and it was a decent base -- certainly not a meal by itself.

I've tried a couple of other ready to eat curry products and they don't come close to Going Native for flavor, texture and quality of ingredients. In short - delicious! They're especially good value when you compare them to other producers who bulk out their product with cheap ingredients such as rice. Obviously rice is a good accompaniment to a curry, but if I'm going to pay for ready prepared foods I'd prefer to pay for the entree not the rice - which I can cook for a few cents myself!

Wow - the green curry makes me kind of wish I were Thai! I am not surprised to enjoy such a wonderful culinary experience from Going Native, but am delighted anew with each flavor I try! Thank you from the bottom of my (previously) very hungry heart! Can't wait to get my hands on more in San Francisco!!!
