i think my title says it all. she is a good teacher. you will not work up a sweat. this is on the soft side of belly dance and i mean it in a good way:)

This is a great video for beginners! Amira is very detailed in her instructions and the video is easy to follow. She begins with posture and covers the basic moves a beginner needs to learn. This video prepares a beginner to move up to the next level of belly dancing. The costumes are beautiful and its a pleasure to watch this DVD.
