As a college swim coach, this is a educational and athletic asset for my swimmers. The exercises are well explained and relate very well to water mechanics. The swimmers have noticed increased strength from these exercises. We will continue to use the program.

We've used the core stabilization program to great benefit. Our purpose in adopting it were two-fold: to reduce injuries and to provide a strong core body platform. Conventional weight-lifting programs didn't adequately mimic the swimming motions and definitely didn't develop the kind of strong core body that our coaching staff believes is a precursor to swimming success.
